Authorization To Enter:	I give Home Rental Services permission to enter my unit to make needed repairs without my being present. (If not checked, workmen will not enter your home unless an adult over the age of 18 is at home.) I understand that unless I have given Home Rental Services permission to enter without my being present, someone over the age of 18 must be home at the time of the appointment. If no one over the age of 18 is home when the workmen arrive, I will be charged $42.00 for a missed appointment. I understand that if there are any items that are in the way of the repair space I will be charged $42.00. I understand that if the problem was caused by me, my family, friends, or guests, I will be charged for the service call and repairs.
